I had $40 and asked for 4 rolls of quarters. I was told no and that that is a service reserved for businesses. I asked for clarification that they will not give me rolls of quarters. They said yes, that is their policy. I have banked with them for years and find this interesting. I was also told that this is because there is a coin shortage. There is no coin shortage of quarters.
UMB Bank is absolutely the worst bank in America you could ever trust with your money. Clearly paid actors in the reviews here. Until now. So four times now my account has been compromised overseas. So therefore UMB ciber security is a complete joke. Considering not once in 10 years has my Community America account been compromised. Now, listen up people.
