This was about the stupidest thing that I've ever experienced in my life. A bank that will not cash a check that has their name on the check. I wasted my time my effort in my gas. I literally drove from Norman all the way to 6th Street in Oklahoma City just to get told that they wouldn't cash a check
The ladies were very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Truly helped me with all my banking needs. A refreshing experience!
I went in for a cashier's check and the manager and teller were very friendly. Took longer than expected but I was ok with that since the teller was being trained on how to do a cashier's check.
Love this branch, and I especially love and appreciate Janiece! She is so sweet and truly takes the time and care to know her customers. Thanks to her, I was able to open a line of credit and purchase my first car. Been banking here for 5 years, and I have never had a bad experience.
