I only know one thing about this so-called bank: They will not provide notary services to people who do not bank there. Meanwhile, there is not another customer in sight. This is so un-nebraskan, shortsighted & stupid! A.L. Kash
Crappy bank. Tellers are the nicest people in the world, but manager won't work with you if anything goes wrong. Extremely dissatisfied and am closing my account ASAP. I would highly discourage anyone from banking with UMB in Fountain.
Do you got to pay to get a bank account
Can you explain to me how it is that you don't have a mobile app for Android smartphones, when they account for 52% of the smartphone market in the US? You have an iPhone app and Apple only has 33% of the market share. Even the small local Credit Union that we have an account with has this. Just another reason to leave UMB for good....
I have been a satisfied customer with UMB Bank for 7 years. And I have to say this....I will NEVER go to this branch again. SHERRY GOUCH is the absolute worst bank employee I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I recognized her while I was waiting in line (there was no one in front of me, she was running off copies for 10 minutes while I sat and waited) to speak to a personal banker about some activity on my checking account. Terrible Commercial teller service. The service is very slow and I usually end up wasting my lunch break waiting in lines with only 1 person ahead of me.
It"s good and fast quality service. Never had any major problems. Just a few minor, I had to have my address changed twice, before it was finally registered in the system. That"s it, other than that no problems at all.
This company is totally lacking in integrity. I have tried to participate in this local bank but am thwarted at every turn. I made a $500 payment on my credit card which was never credited to my account ( yet funds were taken from my checking acct). I went back and forth for months getting wrong contact info and hearing responses like, "that fax number hasn't been in service for a long time" After a year I gave up.
