This branch is the best ! I drive from Harrisonville to this branch and there is a UMB bank closer (which is good too) but I prefer to use this branch as the ladies are so friendly and helpful! Yes only one person in the lobby as it is small but the door does say that before you walk in and I don't mind waiting on my car . I can't rave enough about Hannah , Brea, there is another lady that is amazing and young man ! Way to go UMB !
WARNING: PREDATORY BANK! Not BBB accredited due to large number of unresolved complaints. Has faced many class action lawsuits including one with $7.8 million settlement alleging UMB reordered debit card transactions from highest to lowest dollar amount, causing excessive overdraft fees. Charges 31.74% for credit card interest rate. It's a bank that will grind it's customers into dividends to feed it's share holders. I would think twice before I would even consider doing business with this bank and or this location. The bank would not even talk to me about an issue settling an estate when my mother passed away in 2020. After my mom passed i tried to take a copy of the Will and Bank Documents to the bank to discuss arrangements. They refused to even talk to me.
