Worst branch for a terrible bank. High fees and no care for elderly clients. Tellers at this branch where very unhelpful and dismissive.
WARNING: PREDATORY BANK! Not BBB accredited due to large number of unresolved complaints. Has faced many class action lawsuits including one with $7.8 million settlement alleging UMB reordered debit card transactions from highest to lowest dollar amount, causing excessive overdraft fees. Charges 31.74% for credit card interest rate. It's a bank that will mince it's customers into dividend patties to feed it's wealthy dinosaur shareholders like much of their management. Helpful, polite and patient. Stayed with us till after closing time to finish the account opening.
I've banked with UMB for over 35 years. Really friendly folks and very adept at answering questions and giving me instructions. When ever I go in I'm greeted and made to feel welcome. Very neighborly. Won't go anywhere else. Love this bank and its excellent customer service!
Great place. Very trust worthy. Would recommend and that's saying a lot as I have had problems with banks since 2017.
