Best bank.
This Branch is so unorganized and misleading. They don’t break anything down to you, don’t ask how you want your money, switch up how they want to run business that day. It needs to be another training day or something because messing up people’s day is just weird and wrong. Never coming back to this branch and never banking in the future!

I put a check in on Friday and now it's Wednesday and still no deposit added to my account. When I called the Blue Springs branch they told me they had to put a 7-10 day hold on the check because of my overdraft but now more things will be over drafting as bills are scheduled to come out as well as other bills I need to pay and will be receiving late payment penalties that will cost me extra. Makes no sense. I have been with UMB for 32 years now but will be moving my funds to a different bank immediately.
