I went in today for a very odd request, Samantha went out of her way to help me. I knew it was time consuming and I appreciate her so much!
Good bank,tellers are helpful and kind nothing really special about them from other banks tbh but if you are local it’s a good bank i have had an account open with them about 5 years and my dad has had an account open longer closer to a decade no problems also quick trips in the area have UMB branch ATMs so you never have trouble finding an atm that won’t charge a fee

This Branch is so unorganized and misleading. They don’t break anything down to you, don’t ask how you want your money, switch up how they want to run business that day. It needs to be another training day or something because messing up people’s day is just weird and wrong. Never coming back to this branch and never banking in the future!
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Best Bank I've used in 60 years.
