I brought my elderly auntie Lorene in the branch a week or so ago and Andrew was so patient with us. He has really good customer service, empathetic and helpful. Thank you again Andrew for being kind in a world where so many people are rude while helping people now days. You’re the best!
Brandon was a great help! Came in to use the coin machine but it was broken. He helped find an alternative way to get my change counted and deposited. Not only was it surprisingly fun, it was also very educational! He was very patient with me and helped me understand the methods we used in counting the coins and rolling them!
Really wish this was not the closest UMB to me. I do not like this branch. They never answer their phone, most of the tellers are rather nice there's one there that I got into it because she was so rude
