I would like to give a shout out to Cheryl Harris at the UMB located at 909 N. 6th street in downtown Kansas City, Kansas! One day, the staff at UMB were having an ultra busy day. I needed help urgently. I was becoming highly frustrated because I tend to be a little impatient. Finally, Ms. Harris came to my rescue!
