The Boonville MO location is one of the best banks I have been to. The people genuinely work their tails off trying to help the customers. They are the definition of customer service.
Truly terrible customer service and security. Everything that we attempted to do with UMB, even something as simple as opening a CD, was an administrative nightmare. We were sent from person to person, each seemingly more clueless than the last. Finally, we decided to close our account and move to another bank. When we went to the bank to close the account, the teller closed our account and handed us a cashier's check without once verifying our identity in any way.
