At first, Salima would respond once every few weeks until she eventually just stopped responding completely. I have not heard back from her in months despite repeated calls and emails. I do not recommend hiring Salima for your legal needs.
Due to the unresponsiveness and lack of attention to detail by Umatiya Law Office serving their affiliate Transact Title, my party has been unsuccessfully trying to close on File # 1-23-1445 for the past 2 weeks. Both buyer and seller have had to sign multiple amendments to extend the closing date because Umatiya Law Office has repeatedly failed to deliver a timely settlement statement.
