This is not "banking my way," it's banking the UMASS FIVE way. The constant verification to "protections" of my money are overkill. I cannot even make simple transferred on an established account with verification steps along the way and they still block payments. Also, to note, the staff at this location are incredibly snobby.

The staff helped me set up an account immediately. The customer service is always great at the UMass Five College Credit Union.
Terrible bank, they have constantly had mobile banking issues. My debit card will randomly be denied in person yet still get charged on my account. Awful customer service outsourced to another country. Truly terrible experience, and can’t even speak to someone when I’m having issues. Stay away!
