I am 89 years old. Not computer savy, but I had a very good experience at Hadley Five College Credit Union office. Friendly welcome when I entered. Receptionist quickly got me to the person I needed to talk to. That person, Rebecca Dawson, listened carefully and walked me through the steps I needed to take to get on line. She is knowledgeable and thoughtful and solved the problem I had been having. Credit to herself and Five College Credit Union.
