GREAT - one of a kind - bike shop. Friendly , incredibly knowledgeable & reasonable when it comes to advice/evaluations, pricing for straight-out repairs and stand rentals to fix your own bike with their supervision. Really an awesome educational hands-on experience. THANKS GUYS!! There in 2024 with an old bike I was bringing it back to life. Alex and Anna were fantastic!! Back again March 2025 - David & Conall were also excellent
The customer service is so wonderful and the best. I brought a bike that needed alot of work and the employees were transparent with everything from the pricing to the amount of work needed. I ended up not going through my plan on fixing the bike due to cost since the staff reccomended I would be better off buying a new bike that fitted my needs. The manager, Tad, and his staff are helpful, kind, hardworking, and understanding. They did not charge me for their troubles in the diagnosis of my bike and provided me information ... read more
Was recently at the shop with an old bike I was given by a neighbor trying to bring it back to life. Alex and Anna were fantastic!! I was able to get stand rental time work work on my bike, with their supervision, to adjust my gear shifting system and grease my front wheel bearing.
