I’ve had a great experience at Umana Health. Felix, the owner, is awesome and has created a welcoming and professional environment. Jason is my go-to RMT and consistently does great work, and I’ve also had a positive experience with Dr. Jon for chiropractic care. The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable. Great people, great atmosphere, and an excellent place for care. Highly recommend them!
I came to Dr. Jon Mackey after long term symptoms that were tough to pinpoint and explain. He was the first practitioner to connect the dots and give me real clarity on what was actually going on, and his TMJ work, including intra-oral release, has brought real improvement. He's been awesome; highly recommend him and the Umana Health team.

Felix and his team are fantastic, highly recommend Umana Health for physio, massage and any post injury needs. I've use Umana health for a couple different injuries, post bakers cyst physio and post ski fall injury. Lilia and Jason are amazing at what they do, they understand every muscle so well and are very helpful with tips and advice. I've since recovered well and am back to skiing and running as per usual. Thanks for everything Umana team!!!!
