I have visited Umana Health on Kipling Avenue in Etobicoke for a year and two months. This is a multi-discipline business that provides wonderful services for our health and well-being. PHYSIOTHERAPY, MASSAGE THERAPY, MANUAL OSTEOPATHY, CHIROPRACTIC CARE & MORE. Dr. Jon Mackey has helped me tremendously with lower back issues. He has also helped my wife immensely. Love this place! The whole team at Umana Health is amazing—super friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. I have been working with Lilia for physiotherapy off and on for a year now since I injured my knee. She has a wonderful disposition, just the right amount of sympathy while not allowing me to slack off. She is very intuitive about the appropriate treatment needed and her explanations and demonstrations are excellent. I am back to doing the activities I love with a little bit of TLC and maintenance from Lilia. I highly recommend her services.
I've had an incredibly positive experience. After each treatment which focuses on soft tissue work, my body feels noticeably realigned, and specific areas that were bothering me show significant improvement.
