I had a terrible experience at the Ultrasonic Slimming in Paddington. They have no customer service what so ever. I also tried calling and it took countless efforts to get a hold of anyone. They never asked me how many previous sessions I had before having my treatment. It's a disaster, I would never recommend it.
Great place if you want to wait around for 40 minutes for someone to show up which they never did.... no phone call no email .... just didnt open pretty garbage... now l cant even contact them via their multiple phone numbers and the treatment that im recieving has already been paid for..... what a stitch up and a poor business with no customer service focus what so ever.
