Don't do it girls and guys! ATROCIOUS, unprofessional customer service, completely faulty products and if you want your money back, be prepared for a long and drawn out process where none of your emails will be answered by the owner. Fair Trading have a limited area of influence, and unfortunately are not much help. For those who have made the mistake of going there, I would recommend speaking to your credit card issuer as this seems to be the best avenue for getting your money back. This company does not deserve a rating, as they would be - 5. Do not trust this organisation, they do not provide an honest service, they are scammers, they ignore your calls and messages. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, I WISH I HADN"T AND I WISH I LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS ******* DON"T DO IT, pay a bit more and/or go with a more trusted company. This place is not worth your business.
DREADFUL!! They will not refund my money even though they cancelled my appointment and didn't book me a new one. I am taking them to fair trading.
it seems a lot can't make contact, and looks like all their 8 locations have closed down, if anyone has been to any of the clinics recently please help by exposing them with an address and phone number, so people that have been ripped off can try and get their money back or perhaps get ACC to do a story on this and hopefully the people behind this scam get what they deserve.
Showed up for appt .....but the clinic was for lease. No answer on phone, website is down so cant email. Not happy jan! will never buy anything like this without looking at reviews again!!
