I was tired of "eating right" and working out with little to no results. I have lost weigh, lost fat, gained muscle, but still did not see the results I wanted. I tried this and it took a few weeks to really see results! I'm really happy with it, but it is kinda pricey. Hopefully they will have a Groupon soon.
