Dr. Smith and Keli provide exceptional physical therapy. In addition to their service, they provide a friendly relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the genuine care as well as the effectiveness of the therapy.
Highly recommend Ultra PT. Professional and friendly atmosphere from all staff. Will not look elsewhere if I ever need PT again.
