Paula was great to deal with. She was helpful during and after our purchase. Highest quality grill we’ve ever owned.
Worked with Abraham on our GX8 Greek Isle island (Milano Calce finish) at the Pinecrest location and it was smooth the whole way. No pressure, just honest answers when we had questions about the grill package, fridge and lighting. He knew his stuff and helped us pick the right setup for our space. Turned out great , my wife and I couldn’t be happier! Ask for Abraham if you’re going through Paradise Grills, in Pinecrest!
Unfortunately, my experience at the Paradise Grills Pinecrest showroom was very disappointing. I visited the showroom on 6/27/26 to look at an outdoor kitchen and worked with Abraham Montero. The sales presentation felt very high-pressure, and I was encouraged to leave a $100 deposit to “hold the sale price” while I went home to measure my backyard and make sure the unit would fit. From the moment we visited the showroom, the experience was excellent. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us find the perfect outdoor kitchen for our space and budget. The quality is outstanding, and the installation process was smooth and professional. Communication was great from start to finish, and the lifetime warranty gave us extra peace of mind. Definitely one of the best investments we’ve made for our home. Our family uses it all the time and we couldn’t be happier!
