We took some albums in to be cleaned and the owner was informative and generous with his time. When we picked our albums up we got to listen to one on some amazing stereo equipment. What a treat. We highly recommend Ultra Fidelis as the go to place for album restoration or high quality stereo equipment. Well worth it.
It’s been two months since Jon set up my stereo system and I enjoy it more everyday!! The speakers and turntable are breaking in very nicely and have created a warm feeling every time I listen. My install was very small compared to the large systems that Ultra does but Jon treated me like I was spending a great deal more. They will respectfully answer even your most basic questions and guide you in the direction you should go according to what you want to hear. They emphasize the most important part of it all: emotional connection to your sound and music. Great shop with super friendly folks! Great selection of audio equipment in a very comfortable environment. I was having trouble setting up a new cartridge on my MoFi turntable. Both the table and the cartridge were rather challenging to get setup correctly. And so after a brief email exchange, with the owner Jon, I brought it over to have it done correctly.
