I recently had a vintage tube amplifier repaired by Ultra Fidelis and the experience was entirely positive from start to finish. Jon was very accommodating and expedited my repair due to my time/travel constraints. Dominique and his other staff members were also very polite and professional. Best in the entire area. I have presented them with lots of challenges with some of my and my family's vintage stereo equipment and Ultra Fidelis has never let us down. We are very fortunate to have them in the Milwaukee area.
We took some albums in to be cleaned and the owner was informative and generous with his time. When we picked our albums up we got to listen to one on some amazing stereo equipment. What a treat. We highly recommend Ultra Fidelis as the go to place for album restoration or high quality stereo equipment. Well worth it.
