They will respectfully answer even your most basic questions and guide you in the direction you should go according to what you want to hear. They emphasize the most important part of it all: emotional connection to your sound and music. There are mid-fi price points all the way through ultra high-end Hi-fi and they respect all customers equally the same. Great shop with super friendly folks! Great selection of audio equipment in a very comfortable environment. I was having trouble setting up a new cartridge on my MoFi turntable. Both the table and the cartridge were rather challenging to get setup correctly. And so after a brief email exchange, with the owner Jon, I brought it over to have it done correctly.
