Went for a floatation therapy. Everything was explained clearly. Has a floatpod. Gentle music no extra charge. Staff are wonderful. Reasonable prices. Best of all, relaxing!! If you are a just bit curious, go enjoy, it's worth it. Next time I go, will try to organise a massage and float. Still haven't tried a massage yet.

I would just like to say thank you to Jess and the lovely ladies At Ultra Medi spa I did think I had booked an appointment for today at 10 am online but I must have done something wrong and I travelled from Airlie Beach to Mackay to have my spa treatment and I wasn’t booked in. The girls were so beautiful they said not a problem. They rearrange some stuff and I had the most amazing massage and facial so thank you once again to the team.
