9 months and my son is still waiting to get his deposit back. By far the most unprofessional people. STAY AWAY FROM THEM - dont leave a deposit with them - you wont get it back. My son is in their hair every week and they keep saying "next week... in the coming days' but nothing is coming... It's abusive and manipulative.

Update from last review. They did finally return our deposit months later after having to call and email almost daily to get ahold of Joe and team. Still highly do NOT recommend going through them for any renting needs. It’s a huge pain to get ahold of them especially when it comes to getting your deposit back. Had several issues with the apartment itself during my lease, the super for the unit did his best to be quick but he was truly overworked. By far the most unprofessional realty business I have ever worked with. Leased an apartment on 136 William st. The building itself wasn’t that great, looked better than it was. The elevator was constantly broke, the windows aren’t insulated whatsoever so there’s a constant draft of heat or freezing winter air, we asked to get that fixed and the put blue painters tape over our windows like that would do anything.... now our lease has been over for 73 days and we were supposed to receive our security deposit back within 60 day... read more
