I took my V strom to get repaired the staff was polite and friendly fantastic customer service they repaired the bike very quickly . I wish I found ultimate Moto years ago will be going back for mot and service 10/10 👍👍
I'm up in Scotland. These guys have provided an exceptional service. Full help the whole way. Plenty of photos and videos of the bike in all of its nooks and cranies when asked. Anthony treated me better than local services ect. And paul the delivery driver was class too. Despite the distance the cost of delivery was reasonable and honestly will be buying more bikes from them in the future based off how i was treated and handled.
