Rob at Ultimate Life was great answering all my questions about the Mokwheel Asphalt models. Ended up purchasing 2 e-bikes and the hitch rack. Rob had everything assembled and was ready to walk us thru the basics. So thankful he took the time to answer questions about adjustments, battery life and all the screen functions (Even helped install rack and load them on what seemed the hottest day of the year). I recently purchased a Mokwheel Basalt e-bike from Rob at Ultimate Life Bikes and could not be happier with the product or the buying experience. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through various options based on my size and intended use of the bike. Had been looking at e-bikes and was interested in the Mokwheel Obsidian. Ultimate Life Bikes was only a couple of hours away and decided it would be worth the drive rather that rolling the dice on a bike I hadn't seen.
