I recently purchased a Mokwheel Basalt e-bike from Rob at Ultimate Life Bikes and could not be happier with the product or the buying experience. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through various options based on my size and intended use of the bike. He was very patient, and encouraged me to ride multiple bikes to get a feel for how they fit me. Had been looking at e-bikes and was interested in the Mokwheel Obsidian. Ultimate Life Bikes was only a couple of hours away and decided it would be worth the drive rather that rolling the dice on a bike I hadn't seen. We did a lot of research before buying our Mokwheel e-bikes. We found the bike was as important as the people you buy from. Rob at Ultimate Life Bikes was the clincher for our decision to buy. His knowledge and service made the whole experience fun, simple & stress free. He helped guide us into a Mokwheel Basalt 2 for my wife and the larger Obsidian for me. Rob is super communicative and helpful when making an e-bike decision. A great experience all the way around and very transparent on all options, fees, prices, shipping, etc...to make sure you're getting exactly what you need. i.e., if you can assemble it yourself (I could), you can save money and time by having the bike shipped to your home. All in all excellent E-commerce with a REAL PERSON at the other end of the transaction.
