My husband and I found this vendor while we were planning for our wedding and they were wonderful to work with from the start. Alec (the owner) is incredibly kind and accommodating, and has extensive experience which means you're getting the best bang for your buck! Alec is a true professional of his craft. From start to finish he was fantastic! The day of the wedding he made sure he listened to what the bride and groom wanted, and delivered. He was always smiling and up for any challenge. We can’t wait to see the magic he created with all of the pictures he took. We had school pictures done in April and never received the pictures. When we contacted Alec he was vague on status of pictures and gave us an option to have a retake done or a refund. After nearly 3 months of no contact or pictures I made him aware of my expectations. I am waiting on his response. Will keep the public updated om response. I acknowledge mistakes happen but I do expect Alec to make it right.
