Terrible customer service and incompetent lenders who try to blame others when they need to be babysat to do their jobs.
Brittany and John were phenomenal to work with. They were so great with strategy and helping me figure out what loan options were best for me and my situation, as well as having suggestions for me to prepare for the loan process. Jacinda was absolutely awesome to work with!! As a first time home buyer, there is a lot of things I had no clue what they were. She was able to walk us though and help us understand what was going on though the whole process. Alway answered questions in a time manner. I seriously couldn’t recommend her more if you are buying a house!!!
