I called, the lady said come in at 1:30pm. I came at 1:30pm the lady said ‘pay first’ I said I wanted the foot and body massage package and pointed to the $105 price on the service menu. I booked the “Harmony Package” and instead received what I can only describe as an immersive psychological thriller with water features. Arrived for my appointment to find absolutely no one there. Waited 10 minutes until a woman appeared and asked me what I wanted, which felt bold considering they had booked me in. I was then placed alone in a silent room with no instructions for another 10 minutes to reflect on my life choices. Very clean Good service
Was so disappointed, if I could give 0 stars I would. I had made an appointment for a foot massage and when I got here they told me I had to wait an extra hour. I’m not really sure what the point of an appointment is if when I get there I’m told they can’t see me at the agreed time.
