Was so disappointed, if I could give 0 stars I would. I had made an appointment for a foot massage and when I got here they told me I had to wait an extra hour. I’m not really sure what the point of an appointment is if when I get there I’m told they can’t see me at the agreed time.
Because they’re open late and some of the recent reviews were quite low, I was a bit worried that it might have turned into a dodgy massage place. However, remedial massage insurance was accepted, and Chun-Li, who treated me, gave a solid and thorough massage, so I was happy with the experience. They have massage tables as well as proper massage beds, plus sauna and shower facilities, and despite the fairly average massage prices, it really felt like they’ve invested a lot into the equipment. The 30 min relaxation massage was anything but relaxing. Lots of noise, the staff laughing and chatting right outside my massage room, Zen music in the room kept cutting in and out and price listed on website says $60 got there and had to pay $65. Total waste of money. Not relaxed at all. Won't return
