I have been with the company for a few years now and I can honestly say this is the place you will get appreciated and treated as the professional you are.
Carrier has nerve to write a negative report on us! . Carrier failed severely and now they write a report on us? Carrier was dispatched @ 1230est for a 1.5 hour trip to shipper. at 230, we do a check call. Driver is still 96 miles away and broke down for a 4pm pickup, but no one picked up a phone to contact us! We paid more money to get this picked up in a timely manner as the load was a time sensitive load! I then contacted driver and asked him why he didn't call. No response.
