I came to the Ultimate months ago to get my bridal dress and I must share my incredible experience! First, the level of attention and care the customers receive at this store is above and beyond. Was pleased with the professionalism of the staff, especially Niki. We told her what we were looking for and she was able to bring out a variety of dresses to choose from. Although we did not end up leaving with a dress, we'll definitely come back to look at more options!
Nikki was such a nice stylist!! She really listened to what I loved and must have gone back like a million times to look for the perfect dress. She was super patient when I was indecisive and I did not feel pressured at all. She has a calming energy and helped ease my nerves. Would recommend coming to check out the bridal dresses here!
