I’m pretty disappointed with my experience. I got contact information from my MIL that used this agency. Sent a direct email on June 9th; didn’t receive any sort of response until July 2nd. (I’m not under a time constraint, so the delay wasn’t a huge issue for me). But when I sent my response (same day) , I didn’t hear back until July 17th. I worked with Jay and his son for several trips over the course of a few years. The level of knowledge and service was spectacular every time. Every vacation planned was handled perfectly without a single issue. Jay and his team helped my girlfriend and I celebrate our anniversary at El Dorado Casitas Royale and we had an AMAZING time. Jay's recommendation and help in assisting us to plan our first trip to Mexico was fantastic.
