Things stay on the table while you glide, unless you're crazy kids come and try to use it for an amusement park ride, even at that this swing will not fail. I DO NOT THINK A BUSINESS SHOULD CALL A CUSTOMER NAMES! tried notifying this company that I will like to cancel my purchase. I could Not get ahold of anyone for two days. Tried e mail ( which still never heard back) and both phone numbers. Unbelievable customer service experience! Had answers to questions and resolutions to problems in "real time" as we spoke over the phone. Went above and beyond trouble-shooting a problem with a product that he didn't even sell me - Un heard of. Very Satisfied Customer.
Curtis Allison was great! He told us what he would do and he came through. He helped us make our furniture decisions and he beat the delivery schedule that others gave us. And the Lux Craft furniture is the best. It swivels, it rocks, it glides- we love it. It’s solid and comfortable outdoor furniture. Thank you Curtis!
We’ve had our swing for about five years now, and we still love it! It sits outside year-round — in the sun, wind, and rain — and has held up beautifully. We did have to recently replace the fabric once, but considering how much sun exposure it gets, that seems totally reasonable. The swing is super comfortable and well-made, and the customer service has been amazing from day one. We bought our swing at the Mid-State Fair and couldn’t be happier with both the quality and the people behind the product. Highly recommend!
