Unbelievable customer service experience! Had answers to questions and resolutions to problems in "real time" as we spoke over the phone. Went above and beyond trouble-shooting a problem with a product that he didn't even sell me - Un heard of. Very Satisfied Customer.
Curtis Allison was great! He told us what he would do and he came through. He helped us make our furniture decisions and he beat the delivery schedule that others gave us. We’ve had our swing for about five years now, and we still love it! It sits outside year-round — in the sun, wind, and rain — and has held up beautifully. We did have to recently replace the fabric once, but considering how much sun exposure it gets, that seems totally reasonable. The swing is super comfortable and well-made, and the customer service has been amazing from day one. We bought our swing at the Mid-State Fair and couldn’t be happier with both the quality and the people behind the product. Highly recommend!
Great service and very knowledgeable!
Almost tens years ago we bought a comfort double swing. It is awesome. From day one my wife that has had double knee surgery we able to seat in the swing with no problem. My wife is only 5ft, 3 inches tall. Another thing happen when I called in to ask a few questions was that I got a real person, not a computer or wait we will connect you. The swing is well worth the cost and would highly recommend it to everyone.
