Rude staff, place has a bad vibe. I get that the store has a ton of stuff, but why are there CDs not for sale right next to the ones that are? I understand if there's no price tag it's not for sale, but it makes for a bad experience when you're trying to buy an album or collectible. Do better, won't be back! here again. 0 stars!
Incredibly Rude staff! The store is a mess! I was disappointed because I intended to buy a huge haul of Pokémon until my questions were dismissed because the worker who is familiar with Pokémon wasn’t working. If you are going to sell Pokémon I recommend the store has more than one employee who has the knowledge on the product. Prices aren’t great either. I recommend going to Pokepulls or making the drive up to Khangs a lot friendlier staff and a lot fairer prices. Don’t waste your time at this store.
