It’s been over a month since the rental car was returned and I still haven’t received the deposit refund I am entitled to. Called it’s phone number and left a detailed message with my phone number about this issue but received no response. I feel like I’m being intentionally ignored which I find very unprofessional and dishonest.

I needed a large vehicle, I was provided an Infiniti that was clean. The AC worked great I was given unlimited miles where I traveled out of state with it, which was awesome. They were fast to get back with me when I had any issues and for the car, I got an unlimited mileage the price I paid was very well worth it and I will definitely use them again.

I will definitely call Ultimate Car Rental the next time I need a car. They were very professional. The car (a Sentra) was very clean and drove great. They dropped it off for me and picked it up. Communication was great, I messaged them early in the morning and response was almost immediately returned. The entire transaction was smooth and I didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you again!!
