I paid a 50% deposit of $1,750 to Ultimate Blinds for blinds that were never installed. The company blamed their supplier for the delay, but despite being unable to deliver the product or service, they refused to refund my deposit. I raised this issue with Adam multiple times, and was even promised that I would be paid back — but that promise was never kept.
