Do not trust this company. They took a 50% deposit from me and failed to deliver the service as agreed. When I requested a refund, they flat-out refused to return my money despite not providing the product or fulfilling their end of the contract. I’ve had to lodge a civil claim with VCAT and report the business to Australian Consumer Law due to their complete lack of professionalism and disregard for consumer rights. I paid a 50% deposit of $1,750 to Ultimate Blinds for blinds that were never installed. The company blamed their supplier for the delay, but despite being unable to deliver the product or service, they refused to refund my deposit. I raised this issue with Adam multiple times, and was even promised that I would be paid back — but that promise was never kept.
