Jose, the owner, was always quick and responsive with setting up our transportation from White Plains to NYC.
I was so nervous about my son going to New York on his own and a friend suggested I use a car service to get him from the airport. We'll I'm so grateful that Ultimate Black Car came up in my search and I booked with them. They kept track of my son's flight which was delayed multiple times. I called to let them know about the delay but they were already on top of it!!! The driver was there on time to pick him up and kept me informed of everything.
