Disappointing customer service! We attended a retreat in Tanunda and many of the services were not provided. When you've spent over $5k on a retreat it's disappointing that the business fails to acknowledge the services they never rendered and I'm left repeatedly emailing a company over around $300. Kym failed to provide 2 counselling sessions and blamed me for not chasing her up myself, at no point during the retreat was she available to provide the service. What an amazing retreat this was over 3 days. The accommodation in a 2 bedroom apartment with a spa in one of the two bathrooms added to the stress free and total relaxed break away. Kym Brown does an amazing hostess role making you feel very welcomed. Kym's knowledge and care for people is outstanding. Various activities are available to choose from. A wonderful weekend spent with likeminded women sharing learning & experiencing new things in a safe & very supported space! The venue is beautiful & in a lovely part of the world highly recomended 🙏💗
