They sold me a used item not only was it used it was a tester lip stain!! I went back to see what they would do to fix their mistake. All they did was say sorry we can’t do anything for you after trying to say it wasn’t at their store. Sephora would never! Please check all the items you purchase as they may be used and full of bacteria. I’m baffled.
Worst experience.... It's my second time coming here to this location & the experience is ABOSOLUTELY upsetting due to the fact in how they treat you there as a customer. So today, I went for a pick-up online order in this location, and this lady in the register named (Paulina) was very rude & unprofessional. BY THE WAY IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I felt discriminated...
