Clean store. Things in stock. Not everything is properly labeled. Customer service absolutely could be improved. Poor experience with the pick up order service in general.
Please hire ALL race/ethnicity. There is no way when I come to this store I only see hispanic/latina women working in the front and only one person of color doing hair in the back of the store. Please train your front store staff to be more friendly and welcoming, train them to verbally WELCOME each customer that walks in the store. Give Kaitlyn her flowers and a raise immediately! Lancôme discontinued my shade 460W and the new shades were not a match. Kaitlyn did not stop until she was able to find my perfect match in a matte formula with different brand. I’m forever grateful for Kaitlyn because Lancôme’s new shade range would’ve had me looking orange.
