Bought some household furnishings, of which there were a few issues with. Ulster Weavers did their best to rectify the problem and when they were unable to, they reimbursed an amount of the cost to enable me to purchase the item elsewhere.

I bought some tea towels as gifts for family living abroad, while they are lovely I am disappointed and frankly disgusted that they are all made in China. I thought I was buying a locally made and ethical product (and they do spout on about their ethical and sustainable commitments on the labelling) and not only were they made in China but when tracking the parcel I discovered that they had been FLOWN in to London Heathrow on their way to me in Ireland!! Absolutely disgraceful, I will not ever buy from them again.

Based on my long-term experience of Ulster Weavers I would give them 5 stars both for service and for the products. However, my recent order left a great deal to be desired as they added tax onto the original price which I was not liable for. After negotiation they eventually gave me the goods at the original price. The PVC bag I purchased was slightly larger than the previous ones and the handles much longer. Four weeks after ordering products haven't arrived.No response to initial emails then advised it was due to postal strikes which were 3 weeks after order.Have asked PayPal to resolve the issue.Very disappointing as the productes looked lovely

Great quality and delivery in 34 hours. What can I say only excelent,why cant more companies do this?
