All started. Samantha and all of the people that work at the Phoenicia branch are amazing. They're incredibly helpful and will go out of your way to help you. It's a great bank and I would not hesitate to use it.

I recently opened a business and personal account. The staff has been extremely helpful with everything. The Manager Samantha has been very supportive and accommodating assisting with everything including opening a Zelle account. The personal touch and feeling that i have experienced is unsurpassed and i highly recommend getting an account here. Very friendly atmosphere.
Samantha Awand-Gortel, the branch manager, is a gem. She is deeply involved with the local community, bringing the bank into the heart of Phoenicia. Dealing with her is reassuring: every time I have a question or a problem, I know that if I go to Sam it will get done promptly and professionally. I wish there were more people like Samantha, but I guess then she wouldn't be unique -- check that, she is unique. I just wish more people followed her example: be nice, be competent, and get things done. Thanks, Sam!
