ULSTER BANK FROM HELL! – Horrid bank...really horrid., The manager at the Saugerties branch is the wicked witch from the east, west, north & south. They have lied, done a bait & switch, have a vile attitude. They made me run around like a chicken without a head and refused to honor a certified bank check that they knew was good because they called the issuing bank. The Worst – Bar none, the worst banking experience I've ever had. I recently bought a home and my attorney recommended going with Ulster because I needed to close quickly. Big mistake. They missed every date, in spite of my attorney, home inspector, real estate agent, and everyone else in the process delivering what they needed to deliver ahead of schedule.
