I had a fraudulent charge in my checking account and had to cancel my debit card and Christie was so helpful. She made the process so much easier than I expected
It’s always a pleasure to bank at the Saugerties Twin Maples branch! Christie, Jean, Shelby and the rest of the staff are always pleasant and helpful!
I visit the bank every week and I am always greeted by Chrissy and/or Shelby. They are friendly and very helpful. I know it's easier to use the drive-thru but I prefer to walk inside because the staff always greets me with a smile and a "Hello Erin". It's refreshing to see after a long day at work.
I always enjoy my visits to USB. It's near the gym in Saugerties which makes it convenient for me to walk in and pay my mortgage in person. There are more bonuses: I usually deal with two lovely people behind the teller windows, Christie and Shelby. They light up my life with good cheer and competence. They also keep me informed about current CD rates. Plus: I save the postage. I'd award 5 stars but nobody's perfect.
