I'd like to compliment all of the employees,for the excellent service everyone has provided my husband and I since we opened our account 3 years ago. Recently, we had a problem and Ulster Savings Bank offered us help! Dora, helped me to sort out my account after I discovered that there had been several unauthorized debits as well as over draft charges. She then offered us a loan program to pay off our over draft.
