My college approved a refund and ask me to get proof of residency I don’t live close to Kingston had to drive all the way up here. The college approved my refund after my class had ended and said just get the proof so that’s what I did. This office denied me the proof despite having all my proof they talked about a 60/30 day rule I never heard of.
