I went into ulster bank in King's Square today to speak to someone a bout my situation and wasn't even waiting tht long whn a nice and very helpful girl tht works in th bank sat me dwn and couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring, she made me feel much better an to gt on with my day as sh giv me a box of chocolates, wish I had got her name, but if you see this thank u very much and you do a great job xo
