Gorgeous collection of clothes and extremely helpful staff.
Terrible customer service at the store on Bleeker St. Sales staff is rude and bias. Training their staff is obviously something management doesn’t do. In 2024 it’s so tired. And it’s too bad because there are things i would have purchased.
I’ve been to the store twice now and both times experienced the worst customer service. The sales reps couldn’t care less. They don’t greet you or ask you if you need any assistance. And when I asked them for help they acted like I was inconveniencing them. There was one other customer in the store and she was getting the help of all the sales reps. I am so disappointed in the customer service I received. I needed a dress for an event. There is no option to expedite shipping online so I called the store to have it shipped to me to ensure I would get it on time. And even though the lady was nice she would not budge on offering me anything but store credit if the dress didn't; work once I received it. The excuse she gave about only having one size in store and that was the reason she couldn't refund my money back is just ridiculous b/c if the dress does't fit it is coming... read more
