Love this store! I went looking for a specific look for an event and the team was so nice and helpful to help me find one. The boutique is also so gorgeous and the location is 10/10. Highly recommend!
I rarely give reviews but after the nightmare return experience I just had with this company I felt the need to -- as I've spent HOURS dealing with them and FEDEX. I bought a pair of sunglasses and decided they werent right for me and returned them with THE LABEL that ULLA JOHNSON provided via FED EX. I packaged them and shipped them back. ULLA JOHNSON claims the sunglasses were not in the BOX! WHAT?? They then made ME file a claim with FEDEX and were no help at all.
