I rarely give reviews but after the nightmare return experience I just had with this company I felt the need to -- as I've spent HOURS dealing with them and FEDEX. I bought a pair of sunglasses and decided they werent right for me and returned them with THE LABEL that ULLA JOHNSON provided via FED EX. I packaged them and shipped them back. ULLA JOHNSON claims the sunglasses were not in the BOX! WHAT?? They then made ME file a claim with FEDEX and were no help at all. Earlier this week, I visited with my friend who was looking for a mother of the bride dress. We were WELCOMED into the store and had the best service from Savannah and Q. My friend had called ahead and Savannah had thoughtfully and professionally pulled different dresses and looks for my friend to try. This was the best of sales--Savannah was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive but there was no pressure. She asked a lot of good questions to help my friend hone in on what was right for her.
