I am not one to write a negative review but I am hoping that Ulla Johnson corporate sees the influx of negative reviews in regards to the customer service at this specific store location. Savannah specifically could not have been more unprofessional and I am assuming her behavior and attitude are largely responsible for the negative reviews. I had the best experience today at Ulla Johnson. I’m a midsize woman and it’s so refreshing to find a designer who makes clothes that suit people over a 10 - they go up to US 18 I believe? Which is a UK 22 so not the most inclusive but certainly the best I’ve found at this tier - and the shopping experience was gorgeous at this store. The assistants made suggestions and found me the perfect set. Thanks so much! (This is my public profile, I’m K!)
