Gorgeous collection of clothes and extremely helpful staff.
Terrible customer service at the store on Bleeker St. Sales staff is rude and bias. Training their staff is obviously something management doesn’t do. In 2024 it’s so tired. And it’s too bad because there are things i would have purchased.
I’ve been to the store twice now and both times experienced the worst customer service. The sales reps couldn’t care less. They don’t greet you or ask you if you need any assistance. And when I asked them for help they acted like I was inconveniencing them. There was one other customer in the store and she was getting the help of all the sales reps.
