I have been doing business with ULA since 2006. It's been one of my dreams to visit their shop, which originally started in someone's garage by a thru-hiker who wanted to design a pack that fit his needs. I now have a Catalyst from 2006 and a Circuit from 2016. I also have their rainskirt, which I just love. Both Circuit and Catalyst look practically new, but I have, in the past, sent my Catalyst back to them for repairs (damage that I was responsible for) and they repaired it for free. I recently purchased the 30 liter Dragonfly for a multi-week trip to Europe. It performed flawlessly in every situation I was in from a week biking in The Netherlands to flying on just about every cut rate airline on the continent. It’s just right.
