Each time I had to pay extra money because they helped me to provide more information, some was not my fault. The worst experience was last year. I have submitted my paperwork to them on 3/15/24. They didn’t get back to me until before one week to filing. They made so many mistakes on my filing: 1). I have four properties, they only reported three; 2).
