We recently purchased a new vehicle and decided to refinance with this bank. The worker did not make the process quick or efficient. She was very hard to get a hold of, did not respond in a timely manner, and never explained the auto loan process or answered my questions properly. Instead, she decided to judge people by gender and even hung up the call. I highly do not recommend this bank.
