Дуже розчарована новим керівником Володимиром, отримали відмову по кредиту. Ми з цим банком співпрацювали роки, виплатили 3 машини вже, маємо гарну кредитну історію + дохід. Але є людський фактор це новий менеджер Володимир який на свій розсуд вирішив що ви не можемо взяти кредит . Коли там працювала Світлана та Олександр то проблем ніяких не було, за 3 дні оформляли все бистро та якісно. I worked with Tetyana Pulyk on getting a vehicle financed. She made everything happen within a day. For reference Other banks that I contacted told me the quickest they would get things done for me was within a week. They gave me a great rate and had my best interest in mind. I would really recommend this financial institution.

Tetyana Pulyk has been an exceptionally kind lady at the Vancouver branch. She has went above and beyond every time I come into the branch. Tanya always fulfills my requests. The most pleasant people work here. Also I like being served by Viktoria Oliferivskiy. She tentative to details and served with big smile.
