Poor customer service and unprofessional work from the managers. Funds on the account get blocked over minor issues, and unlocking them requires spending my own time. My money was simply put on hold, and after that, automatic payments linked to the account were returned, which caused additional problems.
My kids love to go to this bank with me or their grandma to get lollipops
